Jewells Holiday Villas was established by my father and uncle on wanting to provide five star, self catering accommodation to visitors of North Devon. The brand new builds at Whitegates, Combe Martin in 2001 provided the perfect opportunity to start our business.
History Of The Jewell Family
The Jewell family, although now located in Mortimer, Berkshire originated from the village of Combe Martin. My great grandfather was born and bred within the village, he joined the army but unfortunately became injured and was sent to Mortimer. He never returned to Combe Martin, once meeting his wife.
The Jewell Family Today
The Jewell family have always kept Combe Martin very close to their hearts and with a second home also located in this scenic village, the family continuously go to visit. I operate the day to day running of Jewells Holiday Villas and can provide to you first hand knowledge and information of the area. I have been visiting Combe Martin and the area of North Devon for many years and I have even stayed in the old Whitegates Hotel that our villas are now located upon!
Our four luxury villas will provide to you five star self catering accommodation within an area of natural beauty. We cater for families, couples, wedding parties etc. I really hope I can provide to you an insight into how wonderful this part of the country really is.
